Each 32,000 BTU burner is equipped with exclusive PyroCentric™ anti-clogging technology and is removable for easier cleaning. The burners feature two rings of flame for quick and even heating, as well as a low-simmer feature for versatility when cooking. Plus, each burner has a standing pilot light for instant ignition.
With two sections of removable, cast iron top grates, this unit is easy to clean and convenient to use. This unit boasts a durable stainless steel construction with welded and polished seams and die cast metal control knobs. For added convenience, this hot plate comes equipped with a full-width, removable crumb tray, which helps to make cleanup a breeze! The large, 5" landing edge also offers ample space for convenient plating. Complete with 4" heavy-duty legs, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires a natural gas connection for operation.
