I really like the colored cutting boards. The white one seems to get stained by the things I’m using it for pretty easily but the colored ones really don’t show any stains except the yellow one shown in my video. I also like the fact that they’re colored because I can have different boards specifically for different type of ingredients. The red one I use only for peppers. Really helps there to not be any contamination of any other flavors. They’re also super easy to clean. Would highly recommend if you are using multiple ingredients in your kitchen.
Excellent cutting boards with a clear color-coded system allow you to easily track contaminates and prevent cross contamination. These boards are the largest size we have found that fit in a standard residential dish-washer when leaned slightly on the inside. This means we can clean all 6 boards in one load or as few as we needed when preparing meals!
