Im not a cutting board expert but this is the best one i could find. 1.75 inch thick cutting board with plenty of room for thanksgiving turkey. Also has juice groove and is double sided. Great cutting board at a very good price.

What is the best way to clean and care for my wooden cutting board?

It looks pretty but thats it. Very cheaply made, already splintering apart after 3 uses, had webstaurant ship us a replacement and the new cutting board was broken in half new in package.

Terrible product. I've had this cutting board for a total of 5 days and already 3 cracks are forming at the glue points. At this rate, it'll be scrap in a week. What a load of garbage. Granted. I tried to save some money but this total waste of money. Don't buy Choice wood cutting boards! Look at the photos below, shocking how this company sells such junk! Do not buy!
