Cutting boards to me must meet a strict requirement of being able to handle 8 days of nonstop abuse. Thata the longest party I've ever catered. Wood boards don't meet that requirement due to contamination and warping. This board was able to handle the abuse. The color makes it easy to categorize the types of food being used

This cutting board is very big! It is great for cutting a baguette or watermelon - something of that size. It does not have an outer rim.

Light due to thickness. Very stiff. The boards do not warp at all in the high temp dish washer. The best 1/2" board out there for the price.

The boards don't lose any cutting space for handles, so 12x9" actually feels pretty big (~pork tenderloin size) and 12x18" is huge (~pork loin size). The blue and purple colors in real life appear exactly as in the product pictures (viewed on an average modern phone or MacBook screen). They're a great deal for the price point!

Great price for a big cutting board
Nice boards but why use a sticker that is so difficult to remove. Choice seems to use nasty stickers on everything. Other brands use stickers that come right off with little or no effort and many wash right off. I understand the the Choice brand is cheap but come on how much more could it cost to use labels that easily come off.
