I love love love this mini roasting pan. I use it for bain marie for mini cheese cakes. It's easy to take in and out of the oven with the handles. I also use it to make scalloped potatoes and you can serve right in the pan, looks really attractive
Baked some Mac and cheese it came out wonderful . Browned evenly made washing up easy . Beautiful piece goes from oven to the table highly recommend.
I can hardly wait to buy more of these mini roasting pans for the fall and my famous beef pot pies that will be cooked in these.
