Great roasting pan! The sides are flared to allow air circulation under the roast with a V-rack. The bottom is flat to allow pan gravy on the stovetop. The weight is substantial, but not heavy. Only downside is that the pan is not magnetic, but at this price - no complaints. The photo includes an earlier edition of this pan I bought 50 years ago! The turkeys came out great!

I love this roasting pan. I love that it has handles. It cleans up easy and we don't have food that sticks. We use it for roasting and baking.

This pan is a good weight, well made and should last forever. I like the size, since the long side fits the depth of my oven, and I can place two side by side.

The turkeys came out great! Note: I roasted the turkeys at 400 degrees. I had no problem with warping in either pan.

Pricey for the product but love that it is stainless steel. I originally bought it for roasting vegetables/meats in the oven because I prefer a stainless steel but cooking time is longer when I use this pan and it doesn't come out as good. I use it now for cooking preparation - dredging chicken etc...

I wanted stainless steel pans to replace the aluminum and non-stick ones. At first, I was unimpressed with them. However, I've been using mine for everything from seasoning food, draining container, meat prep, and of course, cooking. I'm finding it extremely useful and rugged. Well worth the cost as I don't expect to have to replace it.

This pan is the best roasting/baking pan ever. I have thrown away countless pans in my time. This one enables you to caramelize your food beautifully. With a brief hot soak, the pan comes completely clean. The best pan. I only wish the pan was deeper. Great conductor of heat. OMG.

This is a excellent pan for broiling,for the price and quality there is no complaint.Here they offer different sizes, owning the set is not a bad idea for this quality product.

This is a nice item for simple roasts! Good for fruits to make a sweet soup from! Great for savory beef roasts! Nice for prep too!

These are great and they have so many uses. I've used it bake batches of jalepeno bread pudding and I've also used it to roast chickens. Very versitile.
