How can I properly care for this aluminum item?
Hand washing is always the best option to ensure that your aluminum stays in best working order. However, if you decide to clean these in a dishwasher, we strongly recommend using metal-safe detergents and sanitizers to eliminate any flaking or tarnishing that could occur from some harsher cleaners.
What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.

For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.

    I make huge batches of caramel corn in this pan. It's incredibly solid, but not too heavy. It's deep enough I don't worry about anything falling out of the pan when I stir. If I had enough storage, I'd buy another one easily.
    Very sturdy roasting pan. I like that the handles will stay sticking out when you place it in the oven so you don't have to fumble with them when you're trying to take it out. You could easily fit several chickens in this pan, or a large roast. I think it's too small for a large turkey though.
    This is probably my most used pan-it's very durable and roasts really well- my roasted chicken and potatoes really do come out fabulous in this. It's also a great size.
    This is a great little roasting pan the perfect size and weight to get a nice crust on oven roasted B-red potatoes for 10 to 15 people without potatoes sticking or seasonings burning.
    These are excellent roasting pans. They are great for cooking whole chickens. It is nice to use as an easy way to keep proteins on ice as you butcher them.
