Made from high-heat plastic, this bacon tray provides undeniable durability for long-lasting use in your commercial kitchen. Simply place your strips of bacon onto the tray, heat on high in the microwave for one minute, and then continue to cook at 30 second intervals until you have perfectly cooked bacon! This tray is also oven safe up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
