Overall great quality. Just as good as a more expensive roasting pan. Handles are never going to come off of this. Keep in mind that this pan does NOT come with a lid. If you are roasting whole chickens/turkeys and want them covered then I would recommend a pan that is deeper.

Nice Pan but the usable area is not 20” X 11”. The advertised area is the outside dimension of the lid lip. The lip is ~5/8" wide which leave a usable area of 18 3/4" x 9 3/4". If I’ve had know I wouldn’t have bought the pan.
