Cooking authentic brick oven pizza is even possible with the refractory tiles on the oven floor! It has enveloping heat, which also makes it ideal for cooking ribs, chicken, bread, or a whole pig! Your food won't be tainted with a smoky smell because this oven features independent smoke and steam outlets so that items keep their original flavors.

This oven contains a pyrometer, giving you permanent control of the cooking temperature. If the temperature gets too high, it can be controlled by closing the air regulator. The individual door on the combustion chamber ensures a rapid ignition, making using this oven quick and convenient. Fitted with removable wooden tipped handles, the oven doors can be opened safely avoiding burns.
