The Nuke BBQ OVEN6002 23 1/2" outdoor countertop oven makes cooking a variety of food a breeze for any style kitchen! No matter the food, this oven does it all. With two removable racks, the options are endless. The bottom rack is perfect for baking items such as vegetables, pizzas, calzones, empanadas, and lasagna. Cooking authentic brick oven pizza is even possible with the refractory tiles on the oven floor! It has enveloping heat, which also makes it ideal for cooking ribs, chicken, bread, or a whole pig! Your food won't be tainted with a smoky smell because this oven features independent smoke and steam outlets so that items keep their original flavors.
This oven contains a pyrometer, giving you permanent control of the cooking temperature. If the temperature gets too high, it can be controlled by closing the air regulator. The individual door on the combustion chamber ensures a rapid ignition, making using this oven quick and convenient. Fitted with removable wooden tipped handles, the oven doors can be opened safely avoiding burns. This oven is perfect for outside use and includes a cover that keeps your grill looking pristine against the elements. It is wood and charcoal compatible and the individual pieces can easily be manipulated through using the included poker and cleaned up easily with the included shovel. This oven comes with it all! A shovel, poker, 2 racks, a stainless steel roasting pan, and a cover that extends to the base that protects the oven from moisture is all included in this purchase. The unit should be installed on a fire-resistant surface of at least 1/8" thickness, while also allowing for sufficient airflow to the bottom of the unit.
