This unique unit is built with a metal core and a ceramic coating and is designed to cook artisanal pizzas perfectly in a single rotation. Set-and-forget controls allow you to choose from 90 seconds to 6 minutes, with individual controls for top and bottom heat to cook various pizza sizes. Loading and unloading is the only skill required, allowing you to minimize employee training and skill level needed to operate.

The cooking surface is 57" in diameter and the door opening measures 29 1/2" x 7 3/4" for easy loading and unloading. This OneRev oven comes standard with a stainless steel debris management mantel, and the insulated walls require a 1" side clearance to combustibles.

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

Can this item fit through a standard height 80" doorway ?

Due to the height of this item, it may not be able to fit through a standard 80" tall doorway when standing upright. Please consider the best means of entry before purchasing, or measure your entryway to ensure that you will be able to bring your order inside if the item cannot be carried on its side.
