Consistent Performance

The pizza oven is made for reliable performance with a well-insulated, double-walled dome and matching cart that are made out of corrosion-resistant stainless steel with a sleek black enamel finish to help resist the elements. The cooking surface is made of cordierite so that it retains heat well for crispy pizza crusts. The surface also resists thermal shock to prevent cracking and breaking.

Convenient Design

Up to 3 pizzas will fit on the cooking surface at once for more output. Plus, the wheeled base has 4 swivel locking casters to make it easy to move this oven to the perfect spot to serve up fresh, hot pies at your next event.

Accessories Included

So you can get started cooking right away, this unit includes all the premium accessories you need except for the fuel! It comes with accessories like an infrared thermometer, two acacia wood pizza peels, and a stainless steel rocker cutter to streamline and upgrade your pizza operation. This model can be used with a liquid propane tank or can be converted to natural gas with a converter (sold seperately). AA battery for the electronic igniter sold separately.
