Expert Design

The Mt. Adams features a 4"-thick monolithic hearth and dome and is wrapped in proprietary ceramic insulation to hold onto and efficiently distribute heat. A tensioned steel exoskeleton surrounds the perimeter of the hearth and dome to ensure structural integrity and longevity. The Wood Stone Mt. Adams oven rests on an attractive black open steel stand that complements a wide range of aesthetic designs.

This oven is available in finishes including custom color powder coat, stucco-ready, and facade-ready.

Size Options

The Mountain Series is available in 4 different sizes to ensure compatibility in a versatile range of cooking spaces.

Storage Boxes

The optional stainless steel storage box slides into the oven stand and is easily removable for service access. The installed box rests on the oven stand, and the face of the box is flush with the base of the stand, allowing you to keep tools and ingredients close at hand.

Fuel Configuration

To best fit your establishment's needs, this unit is available in multiple fuel types: radiant flame, radiant flame and an 83,000 BTU/hr underfloor infrared burner, wood-fired, wood-fired with gas assist, or combination, which allows for wood burning in ovens with gas burners.

For ultimate customization, you can amplify your brand by displaying your logo in front of the radiant flame.

Ceramic Log Sets

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.
