This oven cooks food very quickly and preserves nutritional quality, while allowing you to infuse your pizzas, meats, and vegetables with the flavors of smoky wood. With a vertical design, smoke travels easily to infuse whatever is cooking, whether your items are baking or roasting. Plus, the wheeled cart attached to the oven allows you to move this freestanding oven wherever it's needed most on-site at your establishment! The cart includes an undershelf for added storage space.
This oven features a dual-chamber design with separate stainless steel doors for the upper cooking chamber and lower furnace chamber, giving you maximum control over your cooking. The built-in chimney damper and oven thermometer also offer enhanced temperature management. Plus, a pull-out ash bin also ensures an easy cleanup process once you're finished. The oven has a powder-coated steel exterior construction to withstand the wear and tear of commercial use. It can reach up to 500 degrees Fahrenheit and comes with a pizza stone for added cooking versatility.
