Since this model can cook with either wood or liquid propane, you can choose your fuel type based on your business needs and your setting! Its signature FlameRoll effect delivers a consistent flame that can heat the cooking surface up to 1,000 degrees Fahrenheit. It has a two-burner system for versatile cooking, including a 36,000 BTU infrared burner that's perfect for searing meats and an 18,000 BTU ambient burner to help you achieve more indirect heat. With simple on/off switches for both burners and a temperature control knob for the infrared burner, the control panel makes start-up quick and simple. For wood-fired operation, wood can be loaded into the front of the oven, allowing you to infuse pizzas, meats, and vegetables with the flavors of smoky wood.

A modern, efficient flue system provides an outlet for excess smoke to safely escape far from the oven's door.
