Expert Design

This product features a door opening of 29 3/4" x 10" that allows you to load and unload substantial amounts of product with ease. The vast surface offers nearly 15 square feet of cooking space, which makes it optimal for use in high-volume establishments. Wrapped in spun ceramic fiber insulation and requiring only a 1" side clearance, the monolithic cast-ceramic hearth and dome rest on an attractive black open steel stand.

Storage Boxes

Constructed with ultra-durable stainless steel, this box can be easily installed and rests on the oven stand. It sits flush with the stand's face to minimize any negative impact on the flow of your busy workspace and can be used to store any tools or ingredients that you need to keep close at hand. Plus, it's easily removable for service access!

My business is at a high elevation; does this change anything when I order gas cooking equipment?

Many gas equipment manufacturers need to make adjustments to the equipment so it operates correctly at elevations over 2,000 feet. Sometimes we can special order from the manufacturer and have your cooking equipment delivered ready-to-go, but in cases where your unit is in stock and waiting to ship, you’ll need to have a qualified service technician come to your location and alter your unit at the time of installation so that it is compatible with a higher elevation. Contact our Special Orders team prior to placing your order, and we will let you know what will work best for the equipment you are planning to purchase.

Can this item fit through a standard height 80" doorway ?

Due to the height of this item, it may not be able to fit through a standard 80" tall doorway when standing upright.
