Featuring a unique plunging movement, this mixer is perfect for use in bakeries, pastry shops, and pizzerias. The twin-arm mixers are designed to mimic manual dough kneading by kneading, lifting, stretching, and folding the dough. This oxygenates your dough without adding heat and creates light, well-leavened batches quickly and efficiently.

Able to handle anywhere between 11 lb. to 123.5 lb. of dough, this mixer's stainless steel arms operate at variable speeds of 25 to 75 RPM. The rotating stainless steel mixing bowl works with impulse rotation and also operates at variable speeds of 5 to 15 RPM. Completely programmable, this mixer functions both manually and automatically. It's built with a digital display for speed control and features a convenient timer.

Incredibly user-friendly, this dough mixer comes with an emergency stop button in addition to the simple on / off power switch. Rubber feet stabilize the unit, and a safety guard on the easy-access opening prevents messes when adding ingredients. Plus, a shock absorber helps to prevent injury if the bowl protection slips when lifting or closing. A 208-220V electrical connection is required for operation.
