Eurodib MSP80 JET/TS Details

Mix up large batches of dough with ease with this Eurodib MSP80 JET/TS 142 qt. / 176.4 lb. two-speed spiral dough mixer! This mixer's stainless steel spiral arm operates at either 100 or 200 RPM, while the fixed stainless steel bowl works with impulse rotation at 16 RPM. Perfect for use in bakeries, cake shops, and pizzerias, this mixer can handle up to 176.4 lb. of dough. It features two electric motors that independently drive the arm and bowl, while the direct motion drive uses a spiral arm motor pulley with two series of belts that intermediately reduces the number of rotations.

Incredibly user-friendly, this dough mixer functions both manually and automatically. It's made with an intuitive digital control panel that allows you to rotate the bowl clockwise or counterclockwise, as well as easily program two different timers for the two mixing speeds. The timer can be bypassed to stop the mixer manually, and the unit also comes with an emergency stop button. Incredibly durable with extra reinforcement on multiple mechanical components, this mixer is even built with one swivel caster, two stabilizing front feet, and two fixed casters in the back for reliable and hassle-free use. A 208-220V electrical connection is required for operation.
