Auto-Stop Failsafe

As a built-in precaution, the mixer has an auto-stop failsafe that will turn off the unit once the timer hits zero, which is helpful for when employees are preoccupied with other tasks throughout the kitchen.

The hooks and bowls can operate on 2 different speeds - the hooks run at low (112 rpm) and high (198 rpm), while the bowl operates on low (15 rpm) and high (20 rpm). A sturdy base will keep the mixer in place while handling the rigors of commercial establishments. This unit requires a 220V electrical connection for operation.

So far, this mixer has performed beautifully. This is an upgrade from a smaller planetary mixer and my primary focus is on making neapolitan-style pizza dough. In that regard, this mixer has been an incredible upgrade! The consistency of the dough is much better and I'm impressed with the ability of the 30 qt. mixer to mix small batches (2kg of flour + 1.4kg of water is in the video. Build quality seems good, but time will tell how long this will last. I'm currently using it once a week, but that will soon change to three times a week and at much larger quantities. I'll be updating this review with any changes of thought once that time comes. Overall, this is a great entry-level spiral mixer that is going to help get my business off the ground without taking too big of a cut out of startup costs - and for that I'm extremely happy so far.

We just got this mixer so I can't say how it will hold up or the durability. It does seem well built and good quality. But I wanted to mention that the bowl does not come out of the mixer. You have to wipe it out to wash it. There is no way to get it out of the machine. That is a huge deal for us and one I realized we knew before we purchased it. So just wanted everyone looking at this mixer to know that before purchasing. We have pretty wet batters so for us it's a bigger deal that it would be for someone that has drier products.

Had this mixer for 2 weeks , only mixed about 60-70 percent of capacity and it caught fire . I need this for my day to day and i even purchased 3 year warranty, it’s inside the 30 day purchase , Webrestaurantstore has zero accountability or offering any assistance bc it’s not in an unopened brand new status. So I am awaiting a tech to come look at it. Then who knows , at this point I do not wish to keep this machine , I should have remembered you get what you pay for

We've been using Kitchen Aid 5 Qt mixer for our bakery for the past 2 years, and we broke 2 of them by mixing too much dough. We finally pull the trigger to get a commercial dough mixer. We have to say it's totally worth it and we should have invested it earlier. This mixer is very easy to operate to mix the dough. This dough performs much better and gives us a better texture of the finished dough. The sound is not that loud compared to Kitchen Aid 5 Qt mixer when mixing dough. This mixer saved us about 5 minutes per batch and definitely increased our production efficiency. Highly recommend those who need an upgrade for mixing bread dough.

I've had my mixer now for almost a year and I am very happy with it... It is quiet and doesn't kick up a lot of flour when it is turned on... Cleaning it is pretty easy as long as it's done right after use. I own a small bakery and this mixer has allowed me to do so much more!

We have been using this mixer every day to make pizza dough for 6 months. We have had no problems at all. This mixer works tough dough with ease. Consistency is always perfect and can easily be used by anyone. We really love the timer option, add all the ingredients, push start and let it do its job. I would highly recommend this mixer for any one who makes bread or pizza. 5 stars

This item works as intended, but if I could go back on the purchase I would. I find it doesn’t mix as well as a universal mixer - I’m constantly having to stop the process to mix with my hands 2-3 times per batch. I’ve tried all the recommendations and I still get similar mixing results. it’s advertised as a 45lb mixer and our batches are running under that at 30lbs - I’ve yet to test this, but my assumption is that if our batches were closer to 15-20lbs this mixer would work better. Cleaning: it’s time consuming and difficult to reach parts for anyone with large hands or really even with smaller hands. Not having the option to easily remove the bowl and arm is unfortunate. Durability seems to be great.

We bought ours back in April of 2023 and up until yesterday, used it daily. We make bagels, which are a pretty tough dough, but we only do like 6lb batches at a time max and only mix for a maybe 20-30 minutes/day so it worked fine for us until a few days ago. the brake bar is connected to a plastic part of the machine. The bar broke off and jammed the mixer. now it won't even spin and the plastic brake bar mount is completely mangled so we can't reattach it. We submitted a claim to the extended warranty people, got denied because it's still under manufacturer warranty. Reached out to them yesterday via email and hoping to hear back soon cuz we're dead in the water without this thing.

So far so good! I purchased this mixer for my small bakery since I focus exclusively on breads & felt that it would be a better option than an orbital mixer. I've found the timer to be especially helpful to avoid overmixing the dough, and my doughs have been more consistent than they were in my smaller 8qt kitchenaid mixer. When the time comes to upgrade to an even larger mixer, I would definitely consider the Estella brand again.

I had previously used the Eurodib 20QT single speed mixer (also purchased from webstaurant). I needed to upgrade to a larger 2 speed option, and this Estella was economical and checked all the boxes. It performs perfectly so far and I couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of the machine and how it handles my sourdough.

I bought this spiral mixer. Most spiral mixer bowls are attached unless they are really large. Given the cost of this mixer its a no brainer. Most of these mixer are over 4k. Typically it takes about 5 minutes to clean. Seriously if you took the bowl off you would probably drop it and then it might not work

Mixer doesn't overmix the dough. Very consistent twirling. Also has an automatic shut once the dough is well incorporated. With that it has a timer too. Highly recommend

This is a very cheap mixer. If you are a bagel shop with dryer/tougher dough, spend the money on a more expensive one from a more reputable brand and save yourself the repair headaches and frequent need for replacement parts. The dough hook snaps on me every few months and it is very very difficult to put a new one on. The clutch assembly on it cracked after 2 months and getting it replaced by the warranty company was a nightmare. For awhile I was having to grind down the dough hooks because the bowl warped and caused the hook to scrape the bottom of the bowl. I wouldn't expect to get much more than two years out of it on daily use. I am on my second one, and I am banging my head against the wall for buying another, I should have known better, just tough to beat the price.

Was excited to upgrade from a 30 qt planetary mixer to a 50 qt spiral. Price was great , shipping was quick and it arrived undamaged. First thing I noticed was the timer didnt work. It doenst mix completely., have a lot of dry ingredients in the bowl and have to hand mix them in. Also , the dough is not homogenous , there are lumps. I thought it might be me , but tried a different brand with same recipe and dough was perfect. not happy with mixer.

So far so good with this mixer. It was well packaged, and seems well built. One of the screws on the side was not flush and a little bent up, but I don't foresee this being an issue.

So far so good. We just started using it, we were a bit worried about the cleanning, because you can't detach the bowl but it's not complicated after all, you collect water in a smaller bowl inside and a rag and it's simple, probably less hassle than moving the big heavy bowl around a space limited kitchen. It was very well packaged for a long trip. The only thing is not great is the legs, setting them up is not very practical and the thread of the bolts in one leg was not in good shape, specially for new machine.

I honestly thought that the price would mean it was cheaply built and I was hoping to get a year out of it, long enough to establish ourselves and hopefully be able to buy something "nicer". 2 years later and we make 100's of lbs of dough daily and other than a broken safety switch thaty cool broke, this thing has performed like a champ. It is clean I'm place, so be aware of that but that doesn't bother me. Takes 10 minutes to clean and sanitize either way. This machine doesn't suck.
