Thanks to its scientifically engineered spiral dough hook, 2 speed settings, and powerful 2 hp motor, this mixer delivers superior efficiency and dough oxygenation for even the busiest bakeries and restaurants. It works with flour with a capacity of 2 lb. to 30 lb. and dough from 3 lb. to 48 lb. An intuitive control panel with 9 programmable speed / time settings makes it easy for employees of all skill levels to create perfect dough every time.
For years of reliable use, it features a stainless steel safety guard and mixing tool, and a heavy-duty frame with an enamel coated finish. This unit's 2-speed motor, which has a power output of 1500W, will handle a strenuous workload while yielding impressive results. The non-slip belt is also durable to work through tough mixes. A uniquely designed stainless steel bowl with a high center eliminates the need for a dough feeder post and has a drain for easy bowl cleaning. This mixer requires a 208/240V electrical connection.
