With a heavy duty stainless steel bowl and spiral, it is constructed with durability in mind, and is made to hold up to the wear and tear that is expected in a commercial kitchen. It also includes a rear basin guard for added protection. Whether you are making a hard or soft dough recipe, the 2 speed, 5 1/2 hp motor has the strength to knead your dough to perfection. The hooks operate on 2 different speeds - low (117 rpm) and high (234 rpm), while the bowl operates on 14 rpm.

The stainless steel grated lid allows for ingredients such as flour to be added to the dough as it is mixing without having to shut it off. When the lid is lifted an automatic shutoff will stop the motor from spinning to prevent any possible injury. In addition, a built in killswitch is located on the side panel so that the machine can be quickly shut off if necessary. Front adjustable legs ensure that the mixer is level on uneven floors. This unit requires a 208V electrical connection and has an output of 5600W.
