Thanks to its scientifically engineered spiral dough hook, 2 speed settings, and powerful 7.5 and 1.6 hp independent bowl and hook motors, this mixer delivers superior efficiency and dough oxygenation for even the busiest bakeries and restaurants. It works with flour with a capacity of 5.5 lb. to 99 lb. and dough from 8.8 lb. to 176 lb. An intuitive control panel with 9 programmable speed / time settings makes it easy for employees of all skill levels to create perfect dough every time.

For years of reliable use, it features a stainless steel safety guard and mixing tool, and a heavy-duty frame with an enamel coated finish. This unit's 2-speed motor, which has a power output of 6700W, will handle a strenuous workload while yielding impressive results. The non-slip belt is also durable to work through tough mixes.
