Designed to hold your fried ahead foods at the perfect temperatures until you are ready to serve them, this model uses efficient infrared heat that directly heats the food. To accommodate the flow of your kitchen, this model features an adjustable stainless steel hood that can be set to three different heights depending on what you need to hold. Also, the cabinet design lines up perfectly with your Anets fryer to provide a clean professional look to your cooking line. Made of durable, corrosion-resistant stainless steel, the cabinet features 6" legs. It also has two interior shelf glides so you can use it for extra storage of pans or other frequently-used items.

So you can get this unit up and running as soon as it arrives, this warmer comes with two infrared shatterproof bulbs and a standard full size steam table pan with a drain grate to hold your french fries, empanadas, chicken tenders, popcorn shrimp, or other fried foods. It also has an easy-to-remove bulb guard to prevent items from coming into contact with the heat lamp bulbs. The warmer is equipped with a simple, easy-to-use on/off switch for operation.
