This station boasts a powerful 1500W heat lamp to keep all your French fries, onion rings, mozzarella sticks, and more at the right temperature. A stainless steel 12" x 20" x 2 1/2" food pan is included to hold them until serving. For added convenience, its spacious cabinet base gives you a place to store extra fryer baskets and other kitchen tools. The Garland S680-18FM-EH 18" fry holding station with heat lamp comes with 6" adjustable legs. A 240V electrical connection is required.
