This item was EXACTLY what we needed and you can't beat that price! We do big family dinners on Sunday's and needed something to help keep food warm and from getting soggy. The heat lamp works perfectly to keep cooked foods warm (and crispy if they should be). The pan and grate were an added bonus, you can fit A LOT in that pan! I definitely recommend this product to any restaurant or even for personal use, like we use it for.

HORRIBLE! Lamps didn't work for more than a couple of weeks! Where the light bulbs screwed in have come loose and are DANGEROUS to use! Bulbs blew constantly-! I ordered 2 of these and another double bulb lamp that did the same! DO NOT ORDER! HORRIBLE and a WASTE of money- Would only last a week or so.-

Quality product at a great price. Easy set up. Pan and grate are a plus and very useful. Purchased to keep samples warm and it works like a charm. Exactly what we needed and better than we expected. Would definitely purchase again!

great size for countertops. two bulbs are included! quick assembly and easy to clean. keeps food warm, the wire rack to separate from bottom of pan! i suggest turning lamp on and letting heat up before placing food on rack.

Keeps to go orders hot and ready to be picked up by 3rd party delivery services. It’s small and compact so it fits in a small space but does its job well

This is an okay lamp for keeping fried foods hot, but it did not keep our foods hot enough even when adjusted to the lowest height. We needed to prop the food pan up so it was closed to the heat lamps in order to keep food in a safe temperature. We needed a lamp to keep arancini, so it really didn't meet our needs as it is. I believe we can modify the height and make it work,

Very good and good quality . It’s just like what I expected. Very versatile, easy to use , quick set up and a good product.

So far I am happy. The base seems flimsy but it works well for what I need. The bulbs come loose a lot so I have to continually check it.

Goes through bulbs like crazy. Have to be careful, the glass of the bulb always seems to separate from the metal. I tried a variety of bulbs and they all did the same thing. The switch finally stopped working and we had to unplug it to turn it off. We went for an infrared type. Cost more but works better for me. Probably cost the same in the long run when you factor in the cost of the bulbs.

I purchased this product to keep my fries warm during my lunch and dinner rushes. This ensures the line cooks don't fall into the weeds waiting for fries to cook. As it is out of the box, this is a poorly designed product. The stand holds the lights way to high off the counter (i needed to put things under the pan to elevate it and make it closer to the heat). Additionally, the lights did not really give off a lot of heat. To add insult o injury, one of the bulbs burnt out within 2 weeks of purchasing (like I said, this is only used during my rush times). I replaced both bulbs with something I found online. Additionally, I sawed off a chunk of the inner pole off the stand so the lights sit closer to the counter. It does pretty good keeping the homemade fries crispy for a little while, and it kept the fried chicken pretty warm until it was needed to be used.

I’ve purchased two of these units and both of the switches broke within a few weeks. Very disappointed. Buyer beware, this unit is poorly made.

This works amazing for my mini donuts. I keep it right above the fryer where it dumps the mini donuts out and it keeps them crispy.

These are great. Very easy to put together, produces good heat to keep things warm. Be sure to adjust the lamps, because that can make a significant difference
