An excellent add-on to gas or electric freestanding fryers or even the KleenScreen PLUS fryer battery, this versatile unit can be easily installed on either side of a fryer. Perfectly sized for 385 lb. fryers, this dump station features a sloped drain top with a dishwasher-safe removable grease collector to ensure that product retrieval is as simple as cleanup! A storage cabinet at the bottom of the unit gives you plenty of room to keep go-to supplies like serving utensils, fry bags, and even batter close at hand to help maximize your kitchen's efficiency.

Thanks to an 18 gauge steel body and the stainless steel cabinet, this dump station is sure to provide the long-lasting performance you demand in a sleek design. 4 casters make it simple to move the unit for cleaning, while 2 lock in place to hold it securely in place during use.
