Forged knives are made from heated bar steel and roughly shaped using a drop hammer. This process compresses the steel and creates the shape of a knife, which manufacturers then grind and sharpen into a final product. Thanks to this durable construction, forged cutlery is very strong and balanced, making it appropriate for any food service business. Most of our knives have a heavier feel than stamped blades. They're also made of high carbon steel to combine durability and sharpness.

Choose from forged knives for boning meat, slicing bread, carving poultry, or chopping vegetables. We offer many chef knives, utility knives, and all-purpose options you can use for common cutting, chopping, and slicing tasks. You can even find knife sets that include multiple knives and tools in a compact case. We have forged knives with straight, flexible, and spear point blades to accommodate your food prep. You can also choose from smooth, serrated, or granton edge blades depending on the type of food you're cutting or slicing.
