This griddle features 12000 watts of heating power and enclosed tubular elements to make sure you can cook your most popular food to perfection any time of the day. The controls are mounted on a one-piece stainless steel panel that is recessed to help prevent accidental temperature changes, and the cooking surface is designed to allow heat to spread evenly.
