Efficient Design

This 12” griddle features a durable 1" thick polished steel griddle plate and an all stainless steel construction. It has a 3,000W / 4,000W (208 / 240V) element and 1 thermostatic control, while the 20 7/8" deep plate provides a greater cooking surface and impressive recovery time. It has a full width grease trough and a removable 4.5 qt. grease drawer for easy cleaning.

Simple Thermostatic Controls

The snap-action thermostatic controls have a range between 150 and 450 degrees Fahrenheit to control the temperature. This griddle has 1 thermostat for every 12" section of griddle, and each thermostat independently controls the temperature of the 12" wide section, allowing you to set different temperatures for recipe requirements or cooking / holding applications.

Protective Splash Guards

This countertop griddle features 4" fully welded back and side splash guards to protect your walls and counters, allowing you to easily maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Indicator Light

An indicator light illuminates when each thermostat is turned on. When the griddle plate reaches the desired temperature, the elements will turn off for that section and the light will go off.

Sturdy Feet

The 4 heavy-duty, non-skid feet on this unit are adjustable and constructed of stainless steel, and they help to provide additional stability to this countertop unit.

Qualified Installation Required

This Cooking Performance Group series of electric griddles may be wired for operation in the field or for 1 or 3 phase power supplies by making line connections at the junction box at the rear of the unit. Units must be hardwired at installation for 1 and 3 phase service and requires 208 / 240V electrical connection. Each connection requires a dedicated breaker and should be hardwired directly into the junction box by a qualified electrician. It does not come with a cord, allowing your electrician to provide the correct gauge of wire for your particular application.

Bought this unit in feb 2025. Starting using the end of march when my Burger stand opened. It lasted about about 3 months then the middle burner stopped working. Called in, they sent anohyt and made sure to infor me that that warenty doesnt start fresh, it started with the ship date of the first.. Here we are in August, and same issue. Middle burner doesnt heat. Stay away

We purchased this grill as a backup In 2023. We did nor start using it until July 2025. We use it 5 days each week for 6 hours. It has been in use for 8 months and today only 1 side heats up. Do not buy this grill.
