The 4kW serpentine heating elements located directly under the griddle plate every 12" ensure even heating, while a full width rear flue also helps to uniformly distribute heat across the cooking surface. This unit is thermostatically controlled and will maintain the selected temperature through your busiest hours. It is operated by plastic control knobs that are built to withstand frequent use.

For easy cleaning, the unit includes a 4" grease gutter and a removable grease can with a 1 gallon capacity to maintain sanitary conditions. Complete with 4" stainless steel legs and a rolled front, this unit can be easily placed on an equipment stand or refrigerated base. This unit requires a 208V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation.
