The 24" wide Vollrath Cayenne 40716 thermostatically controlled electric griddle will let you serve up mouth-watering steaks, pancakes, eggs, and bacon in your restaurant, diner or steak house. Its superior heating element design distributes heat evenly over the heavy duty polished cooking surface. A single, easy-to-use thermostatic control allows precise temperature adjustment from 120 to 570 degrees Fahrenheit.
A 2 1/2" backsplash and sloped side splashes help keep grease splatter to a minimum, and the internally-mounted grease collection is easy to empty and maintain.
