    These are nice for an establishment that is doing a lot of butchering but the employees don't use their own tools. It is a fairly price sharp knife.

    Victorinox fibrox handles are ideal when butchering. It offers superior grip with an exceptionally sharp factory edge. They also are very fairly priced. I would recomend this knives to any body especially young culinarians.
