    Love love love Victorinox Knives. They hold up great to daily abuse and use in a commercial environment and last for years with proper care. Would recommend the brand to anyone.
    This is an excellent butcher knife! It is sharp and it cuts easily, without shredding. The handle fits well in your hand and it won't slip. It is dishwasher safe and the price is great for the quality.
    I simply love love love this knife! A tad bit bigger than I assumed it would be, it dispatches large items like a breeze. I chopped through a shoulder of lamb as though it were butter. The handle provided a firm grip but it was lighter than I thought which is a plus. May purchase the 12" one for my father who does most of his bulk butchering at home.
    I find this knife to be absolutely useful at the butcher shop. It stays sharp and it's large enough to cut Subprimals. It is a must for anyone looking to cut large pieces of meat. For this price, you can't find a better deal.
    Not quite as heavy as I was expecting, but still a great knife. I like to use it for slicing beef shoulders, cleaning pineapples, and quickly cutting through fatty meats before they become too soft and hard to work with.

    Absolutely without question the best butcher knife I've ever owned and used. I love this knife-it is a bit long and takes a little to get used to, but once you do, you will not be without it during the chore of cutting large cuts of meat. Fantastic value and truly a great product!

    This is a very reasonably priced knife that works very well. Our classes include butchery and we've used this knife in breaking down whole animals and in finer cuts. In all uses it's worked extremely well, and makes the job easier.
