Whether you need to streamline service in a cafeteria, sub shop, or independent restaurant, this unit is made to facilitate the sandwich prep process. Its mega top holds up to (18) 1/6 size food pans, 4" deep, and it comes with a full set of clear plastic pans to get you started. In addition, the extra countertop space beside the pan rail is great for storing non-refrigerated items or performing prep tasks.

The mega top refrigerated pan rail is great for holding common sandwich or salad toppings, from hard boiled eggs and cheese to green pepper and ham. It has a removable stainless steel guard that simplifies the cleanup process at the end of a shift. Plus, a lift-up lid encloses the top to maintain proper, food safe temperatures and prevent contamination. A full-length, 10" deep, 1/2" thick polyethylene cutting board provides a convenient place for slicing ingredients and assembling orders.

Beneath the worktop is additional storage space with self-closing doors that also have a stay open feature for easy loading and unloading. Because it's refrigerated, the cabinet is great for storing back-up ingredients like extra deli meat and cheese, as well as less commonly used toppings and sauces. An adjustable epoxy-coated shelf comes in each door section of this refrigerator to help you organize your supplies. Plus, the magnetic gasket design helps make cleaning easier.

With an innovative air distribution system that promotes even cooling, this unit is engineered to maintain food safe, NSF-7 temperatures even when ambient temperatures reach 100 degrees Fahrenheit. It uses a 1/3 hp front breathing refrigeration system and eco-friendly R-290 refrigerant. This specialized refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3, making it an environmentally-responsible choice for your business.

This prep refrigerator is designed with commercial use in mind. It features a stainless steel exterior front, top, and sides, and a stainless steel interior, which are fortified with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. This unit comes with 6" casters, 2 with brakes. For operation, the prep table requires a 115V electrical connection.
