We purchased an earlier version of this unit and within a year, it had a problem with the temperature that was above 55 degrees. We called tech support and they came to fix it then later they decided to replace that not fixable unit with this newer model 178SSPT27HC. A year and 4 months later this unit had the same temperature problem, the bottom compartment ran 55 degrees. We contacted WebRestaurant for tech support but they said we only have a 5-year compressor warranty. To replace the compressor, we need to hire a technician at our own cost to inspect the unit and send WebRestaurant the report so that they will look into the compressor problem. We bought this refrigerated prep top for our food truck and it has worked very well. We now moved it to our commercial kitchen and will be looking for another.

Excellent price and free shipping. Use it for smoothies and ice cream mixtures. Fits perfectly in my front counter next to ice cream mixer. Going to buy another one for the back kitchen a good refigerator that takes up little space.

So far no issues, keeps the products nice an cool, easy to use and clean, the trays that came with are pretty good and easy to wash

It's been good to me so far! Durable, easy to clean, keeps temp. It was a little bit hard to get it disassembled out of the box when it arrived, but just takes two people. It's been a great purchase - very quiet, I can't even hear it running at all.

We really were looking forward to this table. It is an exceptional value, I have been checking around. It fits perfect in my small kitchen, and hold so much more than I expected.

Solid unit. It does tened to condensate a lot and needed to be cleaned more than once a day.

A good looking and sturdy machine. Set up was very easy it is performing exactly as designed. We will likely choose the same machine in a larger size when we need the extra size.

was a good little cooler until it wasn't. Bought in 2020 and recently have had it go down a couple times, easily fixed until they came this round and said there is water inside all the lines (oil/air) where there shouldn't be and that we can sink money/time into it but its a goner and likely will need full replacement... similar to some other reviews on here now, so it seems like its a thing.

Our kitchen isn't the largest and we desperately needed some extra refrigerated space to speed up our work process. Every where we looked refrigerated prep tables were going to cost us a small fortune. We looked at local places and even used dealers and none of them were as cost efficient as this unit here. This week had my second coil leak on a unit that was purchased in aug 2018. We fixed the first leak probably 3 months ago. This is the second on a unit less than 13 months old. I WOULD NOT recommend this unit.

Item is as advertised on their website. Size is style is perfect for my smaller kitchen. Pan holding area is a bit different than I'm used to.

First I've got the refrigerator & it was water leaking, i called them and they came directly, the leak was because i opened the door of refrigerator the whole day, the replace for me the tray, and now it's so good and practical, i highly recommended this item.
