This filter system extends the usable life of your oil by removing sediment, carbon deposits, and other agents that contribute to oil breakdown and poor taste. It provides microfiltration up to 200 microinches, allowing your oil to achieve higher purification. No chemicals are needed for filtration, which means that your oil will remain safe for consumption and retain the favorable taste of your fried foods. Plus, with its innovative vacuum-filtration, particles remain in the filter in a dry condition for easy and hygienic use.
Operation of this machine is simple. Turn off your fryer and place this unit next to it. Use the locking brakes to ensure your machine stays in place. Then, insert a filter, turn on the unit, and be sure to switch the lever to filter. Use the integrated warmer to keep your oil at the proper temperature. Once your oil is filtered, switch the filter lever off and return the clean oil back into the fryer. This filter system is incredibly versatile, as it can be easily transported to other deep fryers in your kitchen or off-site.
This durable machine is constructed of stainless steel and other food-safe materials. Its built-in oil level sensor has an automatic off function, while the filtration/return has an auto safety off after 5 minutes and the warmer turns off after 30 minutes. The hose can be removed, and the handle height can be adjusted. This system can withstand oil temperatures of up to 392 degrees Fahrenheit and requires an electrical connection of 100-120V.
