The refrigerated portion is readily accessible through the three doors, which open up to three shelves to help you organize your ingredients and best utilize the spacious interior. Plus, because they each accommodate up to 90 lb., the epoxy-coated steel shelves are well equipped for holding heavy bulk ingredients, from fresh produce to sauces, glazes, and other specialty condiments and garnishes.
This refrigerated unit is designed for outstanding durability to ensure that it withstands tough, busy kitchen environments with ease. It features a 430 type stainless steel exterior, which provides both strength and a smooth, sleek appearance. The interior, made with 304 type stainless steel, also offers the durability necessary for heavy, regular use. For long-lasting quality assurance and peace of mind, this unit comes with a 2 year Parts and Labor Warranty.
This worktop refrigerator ensures optimal performance by operating with a 1/3 hp refrigeration system that circulates R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant to maintain temperatures from 33 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. R290 refrigerant has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation helps to trap in the cold air and to prevent the ambient air from entering. This ensures that all food held in the unit remains at food safe temperatures and ready for preparation or direct service to customers!
Operation of the refrigerator is easy, thanks to its special features. Monitor it by consulting the interior wall-mounted thermometer, and use the auto-defrost feature on the pre-programmed digital controller to maintain the refrigerator in tip-top shape. 2 1/2" casters make moving simple for easy cleaning and bring the unit to an ADA-compliant working height. This worktop refrigerator requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.

Product was fine until warranty period ran out. out of pocket to repair plugged freon system. I wouldn't recommend buying this product with its current warranty period.

I must assume that all the other positive reviewers have had this unit for less than a year. We’ve been using ours gently for approximately 15 months. Recently it stopped holding its temperature. After talking with both webstaurant and the warranty company, it’s clear that they are not a company that stands behind their faulty products that are barely out of warranty. I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from buying this product. We’ve used it lightly for 15 months and it no longer works. And the customer service is basically useless.

AWFUL! We used this fridge barely for 3-4 weeks before it completely died. We walked in to our shop in the morning and found that it had been holding temperature at 80 degrees (thermostat is set at 33 degrees). Now, I have to deal with the headache of submitting warranty while being in limbo & stuck with a fridge that's just blowing hot air. UGH!

good unit for the price . so far so good been about a year
So far so good. I have had it for about 10 month with no issues
Awesome! My chefs were amazed at the value and cost of these. Automatic temperature control and easy to clean. Just plug it in. Easy to move and operate. Save yourself money and buy this as this works as good as the more expensive ones. Highly recommend!!
Wow what a great addition to our serving line it is very easy to operate and move around with the casters. The first time I plugged it up it did not take but a short while to settle in at temp and ever since it has rocked solid. The recovery time is exceptional great buy for the money.
Great worktop fridge to use for not only prepping but to also store all your ingredients/food. The surface of the fridge is also very easy to wipe off. Lots of room inside for storage and comes with durable shelves.
Excellent Refrigerator, this is my second Avantco unit and i am very pleased with this one as well. Can't beat the price and the quality!
Well made worktop with under-counter refrigerator. Pleased with the size and great for any establishment. Black splash is a great added touch for unlevel floors.
