Its powerful 3 hp motor provides 300-3000 rpm to quickly chop, mash, mix, knead, and emulsify. This food processor comes with a serrated S-blade, but you can also purchase additional styles of blades if needed to meet the needs of your business.
Since this food processor has user-friendly controls it is very simple and easy to use. The LED lit control panel is waterproof to reduce the chances of damage in your commercial kitchen environment. The unit can run in three modes: continuous, timed, and pulse.
This food processor is specifically designed to work with liquids and has a lid that allows liquids to be added during operation. Plus, it as a scraper blade inside the lid to make sure that the contents are always thoroughly, consistently processed. Since this unit is made of stainless steel, it is durable and easy to clean. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation, and it is shipped with a GFCI receptacle.
