We use this daily in our Japanese restaurant. We have the Zojirushi cooker that we empty into this warmer. Our customers compliment us on our delicious rice (we use high quality sticky Japanese rice from California) and this warmer keeps it good for hours. We are careful to mix the rice regularly if it sits for a while.
