This grease interceptor prevents greasy substances from entering plumbing systems in your commercial kitchen or restaurant by trapping grease without clogging or cross-contamination. It's made of durable, coated fabricated steel that will resist corrosion and withstand years of high-demand usage. This model has a lightweight, low-profile design that is compact and less demanding to install than heavier traps.

Grease traps are often used with cooking or prep sinks, pot sinks, and commercial dishwashers in various types of commercial food service operations. This model includes an external flow control fitting that slows incoming wastewater and redirects it through the removable, pressure-equalizing and flow-diffusing inlet baffle. There is also a fixed bottom outlet baffle. This trap's additional features include an internal air relief bypass, a bronze cleanout plug, and a visible double wall trap seal. The gasketed, non-skin cover of this grease trap is secured with a center tie down assembly to prevent odors from escaping. The grease trap comes equipped with low inlet and outlet connections.
