It looks like a ring formed inside the neck of my syrup bottle. Is this normal and still safe to use?
It is not uncommon to see this, but the manufacturer assures that this is not mold and it is not harmful. It can be caused over time from an oil separation in the syrup ingredients. It doesn't pose a food safety risk or alter the taste of the syrup.

This pumpkin spice is OKAY. It doesn't taste like pumpkin at all and many of my students said it tastes like medicine. I was putting two small pumps into a 12 ounce cup (half of what it calls for). I am giving it a two star because if you add a pumpkin creamer and only one small pump of this, the drink is amazing. If you want to spice up your current drink, this is for you... if you are looking for a true pumpkin pie type flavor- this is not it.

Seasonal flavor for sure. As soon as fall started we rolled out a seasonal pumpkin spice cocktail. Pair it with a creamy drink and you have a winner! I would suggest around 3 pumps to get a nice flavor,
This syrup is extremely disappointing. Customers told us that if this were the only drink they sampled they would not buy again. Wow. Very surprising for Monin. This was the first time purchasing and will be the last for this flavor. The opened bottle was poured out and second bottle will be thrown away.

I love pumpkin this time of year and le monin is my favorite brand of coffee syrups. It tastes better than all the other pumpkin syrups and I use it with pumpkin creamer best psl ever.

This was not your typical Pumpkin Spice syrup. It is very spicy almost like cough syrup with spices in it. We actually do not recommend and will not reorder this flavor,

pumpkin spice ever again. it taste like MOLD. We use only PUMPKIN PIE from MONIN, Rest of the Monin family is amazingly good except Pumpkin spice

You're remembering that one time you had the best tasting pumpkin spice latte or pumpkin pie and you're thinking -- I really wanna try this pumpkin spice {product}. You get home and you're so antsy to open it and try it -- only to be met with the biggest disappointment of your life. You know when you give a baby their cough medicine and they make that face? This is what this flavor is. That face. That nasty pumpkin spice product you swore to never buy again... until you forget and the same thing happens next year.

I have tried hundreds of brands and flavors in our cafe over the years. This is by far the worse syrup flavor any brand has ever sold. I bought 6 bottles in anticipation of PSL season. I"m glad i bought it far enough ahead to trial this with the crew and regular customers before putting it on the menu. I have enough time to get a different product before September. Tastes like weird medicine. There is not even a hint of pumpkin flavor. I will never recommend this product.

Looking for a subtle pumpkin flavoring to add during fall season? This monin syrup is delicious and not over powering to add to your beverages.
We don't use these in drinks as seems to be typical. Rather we reach for the monin flavor syrup when making desserts that the fat content masks or dilutes the flavor. A hit of the syrup can bring the flavor level up to where it should be. Pumpkin spice is always a fall favorite. Especially in whips, creams, cookies, and breads.
We've tried several monin flavors and loved them all! With the exception of pumpkin spice! It's just awful. It almost tastes like pure cinnamon, but with a strange medicine-y after taste.
This product is awful. I had ordered 6 bottles, they all tasted like sour mold. Not what you are looking for in a pumpkin spice syrup. Ended up finding a pumpkin spice syrup through Torani, much better. I was very disappointed in this product as I have liked other Monin products in the past and even this particular product although the recipe must've changed. DO NOT buy this product.

I agree with the others who said this tastes medicinal. This is not good. I pulled it from our stock due to people’s feedback. Doesn’t taste like Pumpkin. I’ll try Gingerbread next year, I had to dump this out.

I wish I had read the reviews! It is awful. Even had my daughter try it, since she likes pumpkin spice, and her exacts words was "it taste like medicine! Not at all pumpkin spice!" Disappointed in this purchase.
Waste of money. Taste horrible and I bought the pump that suppose to go with it and it doesn't ever work or closes properly. I wish returns were simple. Its not worth the restocking fee. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.
