Monin is not your everyday, routine of the mill syrup. The brand is one of the most true, authentic and original brands available. The butter pecan is so amazing its almost if they melted down pecans and added butter to create this wonderful craft.

So I was super excited when I heard Monin was coming out with Butter Pecan. It has always been one of my favorite Torani flavors, and I was excited to have Monin's natural/clean label option for the flavor. Unforunately, it wasn't quite what I was expecting. It has a LOT of butter taste, and it is more savory than sweet. If you cut back the syrup a little bit and add in something like irish cream or french vanilla, it's reasonably good. I think I had too high of expectations going into it -- it's okay, but it's not going to be the next new big thing.

Great flavor- holds up in coffee with strong taste, but not bitter.

This flavoring tastes great. It’s defintely good if you want to use it with other flavors like mocha and cream a peanut butter cup coffee.

Honestly just did not like this flavor. Had a very synthetic butter taste even though its apparently all natural ingredients. Its not completely undrinkable but definitely not something id purchase at a coffee shop. In my opinion, your customers would be pretty disappointed in this flavor.

The Monin Butter Pecan flavored syrup is not my favorite. Maybe I just need the right drink for it to taste good, but i am not planning on ordering it again.

We got this to use in a seasonal drinks and it was a hit with our customers. All Monin syrups have been great and such strong flavor.

Stick with all of Torani’s syrups. This brand is terrible compared to them at any flavor. Some of Torani’s weren’t a favorite, but definitely better than this. These taste like NyQuil.

I really love this butter pecan syrup! It has a really smooth nutty taste which I have used in many drinks and desserts. I also mix with spiced brown sugar sometimes for an even better taste (my secret)!

This was a little bit sweet however, it is easily one of the better syrups that Monin offers. It has a strong base and we get requests all the time for us to add it to our customers coffee.

As with most of the Flavoring syrups on the market, I find them a bit too sweet for my liking. This does not mean you should not purchase it but Its my preference. I like Monins products as they have a limited number of ingredients and they taste great. I have yet to find a Monin flavor that really disappointed me. The Butter Pecan flavor I use for coffee and milk shakes which turn out great!
