Combine 1 oz. Monin gingerbread flavoring syrup and 2 shots of espresso into a serving cup, and stir and set aside. Steam milk in a pitcher, and pour steamed milk into the cup, stirring gently. Garnish with whipped cream, nutmeg, and cinnamon powder and serve.
