Truly a fantastic cleaver at an excellent price. I was impressed with the weight of this steel, and fit/finish were beyond my hopes. Sharp out of box, but is easily sharpened if you have the glass stones to do so. I used it to slice cold butter, something that smaller knives have trouble with, and I was super pleased at how it performed!
