This base features 2 self-closing, removable drawers with flush mount pull handles for easy opening and closing. The drawers can accommodate a total of (6) 12" x 20" x 6" full size food pans (sold separately). And thanks to the heavy-duty rubber drawer gaskets, you can be sure this chef base will stay closed with a tight seal during off hours.

For effective and efficient cooling, this refrigerator chef base uses a remote condenser (sold separately) to maintain safe holding temperatures for your ingredients. With the ability to place the condenser outside of the unit, you can lower the ambient temperature near your unit while reducing noise in your kitchen. A stainless steel interior, front, face, and sides help keep your kitchen clean when in use, while foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation prevents heat generated by your equipment from warming up your stored food.
