It allows you to select the specific size and configuration you need, while also offering a wide range of helpful modifications. Plus, you can select between custom finishes of laminate or powder coatings.

This chef base allows you to choose between 48”, 60”, 72”, and 84” sizes, ensuring a perfect fit for your available kitchen space. Plus, it offers versatile drawer configurations to meet your specific storage needs.

A 115V electrical connection is required for operation, and a 10' plug and cord is attached.

Efficient Cooling

The foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation prevents heat generated by your equipment from warming up your stored food. The front breathing compressor circulates R-290 refrigerant to maintain safe food holding temperatures, even in ambient temperatures up to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. It comes standard on the right side, but you can request to have it on the left side.

Extensions

For more workspace, add a 3”, 6”, or 9” overhang on the left, right, or center of the unit.

Adjustable Legs

Choose 6" stainless steel, 4" black, or 6" black stationary legs. Or, add 3", 4", or 5" swivel casters.

Condenser Location

Select the location of your condenser to keep it away from other hot equipment.

Flat Edge

Standard flat top comes with a marine edge or request a non-marine edge. With a 16 gauge top, choose a flat top or marine edge.

Stainless Steel Top

For additional durability, choose to have the top of your unit made with 16 gauge stainless steel.

Cylinder Locks

Add cylinder locks to secure material inside, helping to prevent theft and tampering.
