STAY FAR AWAY !!! Worse than a piece of trash. Was delivered Dead on Arrival. Was referred to the "warranty department" who was supposed to get someone to come work on it. They never returned my call, and when I called them back, they finally got someone to come out. After having a non-working, yet NEW piece of equipment sitting in the middle of my floor for 4 days, the tech came out and said yep, we need to order a part for it, and that will probably take about 2 weeks. So, 2 weeks and 4 days to get a NEW piece of equipment to be able to work, and that's assuming it will work then. Webstaurant says to contact the warranty department, the warranty department says "we didn't sell the equipment to you", it's not their fault that the warranty is ONLY repair, not replace and doesn't care. We have purchased from Webstaurant for YEARS, but this is probably going to end this relationship.
