    This is a heavy duty pan and we expect it to last us a long time. It does warp pretty significantly and has launched some items off of the pan which can be frustrating.
    Hard to believe how heavy this half sheet pan is. I weigh it in at over 2 pounds, 10 ounces. As many other reviews warn, it may still warp, so it's best to continue to use aluminum for anything that could exude liquid, such as hot bacon fat. But this is now my standard pan for everything else. The convenience of cleaning it in the dishwasher and the comfort of not worrying about consuming aluminum make this the go-to pan 90% of the time.
    Ordered 3 of these sheet pans on Dec 17th .. I've used 2 of the pans 2 times .. once to dehydrate scallions at 175f in a convection oven (had no issues) & once again to roast some turkey carcasses for stock at 325f convection roast. Within 5 minutes of reaching temperature, both pans made pretty loud bangs as they warped quiet violently. Had to stop, remove both pans from the oven & use alternatives. Otherwise if I had left them to continue, I would have had meat juices all over the inside of my oven! Extremely disappointed that they warped so badly at such a moderately low temperature.

    I really want to like these as I love everything to be dishwasher friendly and do not put aluminum in (aluminum oxidizes with dish detergent). First set arrived wobbly and uneven. Webstaurant replaced and they looked good, until I put them in the oven (not extreme temperature) and they went cock-eyed. Cannot recommend.

    This is true multitasker, we use it for baking, cooler storage, carrying food and even utensils. It is cover for big pots that don't have lids.
    i really like this pan. It does seem to bend when it gets hot but that has not presented a problem yet. i am happy
    great product, well made, sturdy, holds up after many usages and dishwasher washes. Heavy duty without being unduly heavy. Highly recommend for home or business use.
    I was very happy with this product but that is because I am using it to store cols baked goods and not to bake on it.
    HEAVY AND WARPS EASILY I've had three of these pans for a few years. I was excited to find an alternative to aluminum pans; I'm not sure how much I believe all of the connection between aluminum in your body and various illnesses, but i was going through a holistic health phase and I was looking for stainless steel sheet pans for baking chicken. These seemed to be one of the few options. It's actually not a great pan at all for any application where the pan will come into contact with hot grease or oil. Like others have said, it warps terribly in the oven. All my pans have maintained a perma-warp, but it gets worse when when they heat up. Also, these things are heavy. They weigh about 3 pounds each. They stack really nicely, though.
    Love our pans! Big enough to get two dozen cookies on. Perfect for sizing our pizza flatbreads. Am ordering more because of how much we use them.
    I read all the reviews before purchasing a set of these stainless steel pans. They don't warp if they start out in a cold oven (as one reviewer preciously stated). They're dishwasher safe and can take a beating. I'm glad I bought them!
    These pans hold up very well, we notice no tarnishing or any other quality issues in the metal. They do tend to twist sometimes a bit, maybe 1 or 2 inches along the long side. But they always straighten out once cooled.
    Superlative! This is a high quality, heavy duty half sheet pan, with no sharp edges, that should provide years of service. It is a standard sized half sheet pan, (18 x 13") which means it will fit most home ovens. Parchment paper and silicone baking mats will fit it perfectly and these pans will stack. Reviewers who complained of warping failed to realize that stainless steel sheet pans must be started in a cold oven to allow them to heat slowly and not placed in a hot one. The sheet pan can "live" in your oven so you don't forget to put it in before pre-heating. You can cook directly on the pan's surface and clean up is easy, returning the pan to a beautiful shining sheet. (Best to cover the sheet with food evenly to avoid empty areas and the possible resulting hot spots.) It's also useful for porcelain and other baking dishes, to catch spills. I've found that the pan is ideal for baking bread. I preheat the oven slowly, with the pan inside, and it creates a wall of heat. Onto this I slide a parchment lined stainless cookie sheet with my bread. In 25 minutes I have a crisp crust and tender crumb for my one pound loaf, with no need for heavy and hard to store baking stones or pans of water, a considerable blessing. Unfortunately, quarter sized ( 9 x 13") stainless baking sheets don't seem to be available.     Half size 20 gauge pan fits perfectly in a standard size residential oven. You can hear it slightly warp when the oven starts to heat up, but as long as you are not trying to roast a chicken on it you don't need to worry about anything going over the side. In the attached pictures there is olive oil and balsamic vinegar mixed in with the sweet potatoes and no issues. We are going to buy another to for big cookie batches. Plus it cleans easy!
    Avoid this pan. You are paying a premium for a stainless steel pan, which you are not going to want to return given webstaurant's return policy. This pan warps easily and we found ourselves replacing it after the first use.

    If you want quality and heavy duty this is the way to go! This Stainless Steel pan is heavy and durable and very sturdy. It would be great for any baking, especially if you are baking heavier items or things that need to be very steady and not shaken or flexed while moving to and from oven. Good all purpose pan!
    Read before you buy. I was excited to purchase this pan to use for cooking bacon in. It was used to replace a steel pan because I won't let my food come into contact with aluminum. I refuse to use aluminum based on experience, you do your own research. I stopped using this pan immediately after I received second degree burns for the second time after only using it twice. I think, that's called a clue. Each time I took the pan out to remove the bacon the pan would snap back into place sending searing hot bacon grease everywhere. I feel horrible thinking I may have prevented others from getting injured if I had wrote this sooner. If you get one know what can happen.

Since it has a higher gauge, it is more likely to warp under extremely high heat. We recommend they try a lower gauge for a thicker pan that may better suit for cooking bacon.
    Same Problem they had other reviewers. They bend with high heat causing to spill all the juices in the oven. I definitely not recommend them. Ill try the volrath ones and let you know.
    Thank you for the review, Carmine. Since these are 20 gauge and a thinner metal, they are better for dry baking applications. We suggest switching to a sheet pan with a lower gauge which will offer a thicker, more durable alternative.
    We use this as a tray in our café area to serve food on with a piece of brown wax paper on top, great for keeping the food cost down.
    Not happy. It warped in the oven nearly spilling bacon grease all over. I bought a half sheet pan at a chain store that performed better. I won't buy this brand again.
