Replace a broken or missing grease guard on your vertical broiler with this Avantco 177023080037 grease guard plate. When cooking your shawarma, al pastor, gyros, or doner kebabs hot grease may spatter the surrounding area, so using this grease guard helps to protect employees and nearby equipment. This part is a direct replacement for the one that came with VB200 broilers using a square spit. If your broiler uses a round spit, use 177023080010 instead. This grease guard plate is not compatible with units that have a round spit.
