This Avantco 177023080010 grease protecting plate is a perfect replacement for the one that came with your Avantco vertical broilers. It can be used to replace a broken, worn out, or missing part that came with your unit. While the plate protects against grease, the slip clutch protects your motor. This part is a direct replacement for the one that came with new style VB200 broilers using a round spit. This grease protecting plate is not compatible with units that have a square spit.
